The Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Syiah Kuala, conducted a Laboratory Learning Training program at SMA Negeri 1 Calang and SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Sabee. This activity aimed to enhance the understanding and practical skills of chemistry teachers and students, as well as to strengthen the application of chemical concepts through simple experiments that can be easily performed in schools.
Through this program, the Department of Chemistry hopes to foster students’ enthusiasm for learning science and to strengthen the collaboration between the university and secondary schools. Moreover, this training serves as a tangible effort to improve the quality of chemistry education in Aceh Jaya through an interactive and applied learning approach.
