Dr. rer. nat Ilham Maulana, S.Si is currently one of the lecturers at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Syiah Kuala University. He graduated from the faculty for his bachelor degree with honors (Cumlaude) in 1997. In 2001, he succeeded in obtaining a scholarship from the German government (DAAD) to continue his study at University of Leipzig, Germany. After completing his doctoral education in 2005 (Magna Cumlaude), he then enrolls as a researcher (Postdoctoral) at The Australian National University, Canberra Australia. His research interest is transition metal complex chemistry.
