Muhammad Ridho Afifi, M.Si is a lecturer in Analytical Chemistry at Universitas Syiah Kuala, Indonesia. He teaches Analytical Chemistry I & II, Chromatography, Environmental Chemistry, and Chemical/Biosensors. He earned his M.Sc. in Chemistry from IPB University and a B.Sc. from Universitas Nusa Bangsa. His research focuses on chemical sensors and biosensors, including the development of castor oil-based polyurethane membranes embedded with 1,10‑phenanthroline graphene for Cr³⁺ ion detection. He has collaborated with the National Research and Innovation Agency on antioxidant biosensor projects and is a member of the Indonesian Chemical Society (HKI).
